The CMS Module

The right module for simple structuring and managing a website

The CMS module is our core module. With it, you can structure a website, create CMS pages, and fill them with images and texts. It includes image and document management as well as full-text search functionality.

The News Module

The right module for news, job postings, press releases, and more

The News module manages the scheduled display of news items. The overview page can be presented in rows or as image tiles. The number of news items shown on the overview and how long each remains visible can be configured. Outdated news are archived and can be viewed on a separate page. News can be grouped into topics, with an unlimited number of topics. Each topic can be independently integrated at any point within the menu structure.

The References Module

The right module for recurring pages with the same presentation, such as references, exposés, materials, and more

This module enables similar content to be displayed according to a uniform scheme. It makes it easy to add further content in the same design. Content is divided into overview (short text and 1 image) and detailed pages (more extensive text and multiple images). The overview page can be styled as rows, image tiles, or collapsible boxes (accordion).

The Newsletter Module

The right module for easily creating and sending newsletters to a subscriber group within a designed framework

How to create a newsletter?

You create newsletters in the same admin area where you manage your website.
You can write newsletter articles here anytime and prepare them for later dispatch. Insert images into your articles and link pages from your website.
After sending, each newsletter automatically appears on your website and can be accessed there at any time.

How is the dispatch handled?
When it's time to send, select the prepared articles you want to include.
You can send a test email to yourself to review the newsletter.
Sending is simple – just one click – directly within the lilac-media administration area. No email program is required.
Recipients can unsubscribe at any time via your website and through a link in each newsletter.

Appearance:

We customize the look of the newsletter for you. We provide a template featuring your logo and an appropriately styled design, so all newsletters look consistent and recognizable. These are HTML emails.
Recipients who cannot view HTML emails with your program can click a link to view the newsletter on your website.

A newsletter can contain any number of articles. Each article can include text and images. An clickable table of contents allows quick navigation to each article.
