With the lilac-media content management system you can maintain, update and expand your website yourself. The lilac-cms is installed on our server. You only need access to our administration area and a domain managed by lilac-media. And you can get started - from any computer with internet access.

The lilac-CMS is installed directly on the servers of lilac-media – so you don’t need to install any additional software. All you need is a web browser of your choice. Simply log into the administration area, and you will have all the tools at your disposal to manage and keep your website up to date.

• Edit and augment text: Open the desired page, adjust content in the editor, and save changes with a click.
• Upload images and files: The integrated media manager makes it easy to upload and embed photos, PDFs or other files. You don’t have to worry about image sizes – the system adjusts them automatically.

Transparent processing

Submit each task with all necessary files by email to our ticket system. It automatically creates a ticket with a number, through which all communication runs.

All work is recorded in your maintenance hours list with respect to the respective ticket. You can view the list online at any time.
