On the website, the Service Center for Civic Engagement in the Cultural Sector for the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt informs about the work of the LAG BEK. LAG BEK is the State Working Group for Civic Engagement in the Cultural Sector of Saxony-Anhalt. This is a living network of predominantly full-time professionals who are involved in cultural education, social participation, and creative development in Saxony-Anhalt.

Focus areas are micro-cultural funding (MikroKulturFonds) and the appointment of engagement ambassadors for the cultural sector.

The aim is to present the cultural diversity of our federal state and to make civic engagement visible once again.
