A website consists of design, structure, and content. The content is provided by the standard functions of the CMS.
However, sometimes this is not enough, and it becomes necessary to display special functionalities on the website or to automatically integrate content from internal sources.
For this purpose, we develop customized functions—tailored to your requirements and integrable into websites created with the lilac-CMS.

For a small association, we manage a member list. As a personal gesture, the board wants to be able to congratulate each member on their birthday.
Our solution: Within the lilac-CMS, we developed a function that automatically checks all upcoming birthdays daily and automatically informs the board.
The effect: The board is always informed about upcoming birthdays and can respond in a timely manner.
Pharmacy Emergency Service
The challenge: To provide a correct overview of all emergency services every month—without unnecessary effort.
Our solution: A streamlined tool that allows the responsible pharmacies to be easily assigned by date. The monthly overview is generated within minutes.
The effect: Significantly less maintenance effort with higher up-to-dateness and reliability at the same time.

Publishing Available Assisted Living Apartments
The challenge: Present available apartments in real-time—without redundant maintenance or outdated information.
Our solution: A central management tool for all apartments, including all relevant data and occupancy status.
The effect: The website always shows the current status automatically—no manual updates required. Interested parties see immediately what is available.

Protected Area
The challenge: Provide internal information without making it publicly accessible.
Our solution: A password-protected area that is only accessible to authorized persons.
The effect: A clear separation between public and internal content—with full control by the client. Content can be managed at any time by the client themselves.
Care Cost Calculator
The challenge: Present complex cost structures in a clear and transparent way.
Our solution: An interactive calculator that combines services, usage, and care level and derives the actual costs from these.
The effect: Users immediately see what costs will arise. At the same time, the consultation process is pre-qualified because many questions are already clarified in advance.
All data can be managed centrally in the CMS.
